I don't get to follow CFB as much as I'd like but I have nothing but respect for Dabo, Lawrence, and Clemson.
They're good for CFB. Don't let the few knuckleheads that post on here ruin it.

I'm sure they are devastated by your loss of respect.

Dabo's behavior after the 1st quarter reverse was way too over the top for my tastes. I am never surprised when assistants behave this way but over the top for a head coach in the first quarter.
Coach O does get excited BUT imagine if behaved similarly in like situations this season... 1st quarter bama... 1st quarter sooners... 1st quarter aggie... and more.

I’ve lost respect for T Lawerence as a player. Is he really that good? Is he really a high performer or just a high ceiling guy?
So you lost respect for 20 YO because he had a bad game and played a helluva team that threw him off?
Not sure I follow. I respect the hell out of him for his success up to this point and handling all of the pressure at that age

The real shocker is having respect for a 20 year old

The guy really let his douche flag fly this year. Claims of Chad Morris being the next greatest coach ever, to the the bitchy whining, and last but not least the over the top car salesman act is starting to wear thin.
I hope this guy never becomes a coach in the SEC.

No doubt... so much whining by Dabo about the refs in the press conference after the game...
"But tonight this was LSU's night. I'm happy for their fans. This is a unique situation, to be--- to play a National Championship game basically in your backyard. What a unique opportunity for them, and I thought the environment was amazing. It was a great environment, great crowd, great energy all night from both fan bases.
Just again, they earned it and did what they needed to do to win."
Such DISRESPECT!!!

Now for Lawrence. If by respect you mean assessment of QB skills; then yes my respect has been diminished. He apparently is a good college dual threat QB that had a magical game against Bama last year. Not great. Good. But he’s young and can develop.
If you mean losing respect of him as a person, I haven’t seen or heard anything to do that. Perhaps I wasn’t in the woods either.
I meant his performance...I worded that poorly.
He hasn’t done anything to lose my respect off the field except have a bad haircut.
