It won't amount to anything anyhow, but if Richardson or someone decided to do something,a trooper or someone working for the state could lose their job or face charges or both.

Then pull it up,Prickston. You could pull up where she'd been charged but not the actual citation.

Why? One of the lawyers on here can correct me if I'm wrong, but I would think that traffic citations are part of the public record.

Why is the media not all over this?

It is a public record in the traffic court and anyone who has access to alacourt can pull it up. Or, you could go request a copy at the courthouse if you wanted to get it.

You can't legally go to a state trooper or official and get a copy of someone else's citation.
That's public information. My local courthouse has a computer set up for the public to use. Type in someone's name and it brings up their criminal record.

Not a lawyer, but isn't that a public record? I don't see what the big fuss is.
This might actually be someone from AE's doing. I recall a guy on there saying he was looking into some stuff and asking how one would go about getting a copy of someone's traffic incident report.

You know, it's shite like this that makes me think that Auburn moving to the East and doing away with the Iron Bowl isn't such a bad thing.
