I contend if South Alabama would have beaten USF in that second game, we'd be playing the Jaguars. Certainly if Florida would have won that regional, we'd be playing them.
Texas sucks.
Now, Texas might beat he ever living dog doo doo out of us, but they had by far the easiest path to Omaha. They had to beat Southern who was 10 games under .500, Arizona State who was pretty decent, Fairfield(yeah I know the record and RPI, but it's freaking Fairfield), and USF who was 2 games under .500 going into the AAC Tourney but got hot and won it. Not exactly many challenges there.

I think we are best setup for TD ameritrade.
Deep pitching in a pitchers park. Not a power hitting team but have guys who can hit lots of singles and doubles.
Teams like NC State and Tennessee who are power hitters will struggle when those HRs are deep fly outs all of a sudden.
I think it comes down to Vandy, MSU, or Stanford

Nobody knows a thing about Texas - they haven't played a decent team in the post-season and their conference (which they couldn't win) folded like a deck of cards

Stanford looks like the most dangerous team right now from what I've seen of all the teams in it. They looked outstanding in their super. Wouldn't want to play them.

I disagree. Nc St just beat the best team and best pitcher in the country. Guess which team is the only team to beat Arkansas in a 3 game series this year... Ima ride the real state all the way to the cws title.

We are top 5 nationally in OBP, walks, and doubles, and everyone in the lineup runs well.

Watch out for NC State. I don’t think they are happy to just be there. Not too many teams go to Arkansas and win 2 in a row. They are very talented. And confident

If everything falls into place just right, Vandy could win it all with just Rocker & Leiter pitching, excepting a second game for the NC. They are almost guaranteed 4 wins with just those 2.
