I don’t think it was directed at her, it was at the media in general.

Post game presser, still going off, and still pissed off.

I agree, I don’t understand the criticism. He respects both his quarterbacks and isn’t going to shite on one of them on national television.
I imagine when you are asked the question two million times you are bound to snap

What the hell is getting supposed to do? He gets asked the exact same God damn questions by the media 500 times a week. He answers the same way every time.
Why are they still asking? He's already made his answer known.
The media has an agenda.

ESPN already going after Saban with a vengeance, John Anderson and this other scrub on SC just devoted 5 minutes to his reaction

Crazy thing is Saban would actually be doing Hurts a favor if he made him the third string QB. With the new redshirt rules, Jalen would get a redshirt and two more years of eligibility if he played in four or fewer games this year. That would help him a lot more than burning a year of his eligibility with this farce of a QB competition.

He knows it's a negative subject for the team and he wants to avoid it. If the press had any balls they would ask him about the quarterbacks 20 different ways every press conference and watch the hilarity.

I wish I could do that to Maria Taylor. Saban has a reason to be pissy though. Idk why they want to shite on Jalen so much he can't throw so what? why be a dick about it.

And there's no right answer. Almost anything he says is going to be twisted. frick 'em.

Sure, it can be entertaining, but it's BS that coaches have to field stupid fricking questions all the time after a win or loss.

This. He was just tired of being asked about it and went off on the person unlucky enough to be the next one asking it. I know it's a suck part of the job for most coaches but it *is* part of his job to deal with media.

Sounds like he dealt with it pretty handily. :shrugs:

He has the best responses for everything! That’s why I respect that guy, he’s basically telling the media to go F themselves! ESPN wants drama and was digging for it.
