Can it get any more obvious that ESPN wants BAMA in the game. I think it will be close but I think its a shame that ESPN is continuously making the case for Bama. Its like they had a list of talking points given to them. So far the following have made obvious statements lobbying for Bama:

ESPN Bottomline: statement throughout OSU OU game
Musberger: Let me be clear, Bama is in the game.
Herby: Same thing.
Blackledge: During OSU game
In game update: Says that if OSU keeps it up they will be playing in the Fiesta Bowl as if that was their final goal

Other examples?

Wonder how many espn guys have a harris poll vote. All it would take is one of them leaving OSU off their ballot.

The fix is on...

Listening to them is like listening to a used car salesman.. It is pathetic.

Just now on SC bingo wings just led into the break with 'how will the tide stack up with the tigers if they meet in the big game'.

I can tell you the reasons for it. ESPN thinks Bama LSU will generate more $ and the relationship with Saban. He is in like 3 gameday commercials and was on set today as well as last year for the championship game. It is common that he and herbie suck each other off. That has to play a role in their on screen BS.

Now fowler and pollock taking early leans for Bama vs LSU (from earlier today).

Just did it again...Fowler and Pollock. This is sick.

"It won't be Green Bay...It'll be the Crimson Tide round 2 in New Orleans"

Quote of Chris Fowler

I'm not saying Bama doesn't deserve a consideration but to be giving it to them is incredible after what OSU did tonight. Let the voters vote and stop trying to influence the decision for your own benefit. ESPN sucks!!

I'll be happy with whatever happens. Either way we are going to a BCS bowl. It'll either be against LSU in the BCS National Championship Game or against Michigan or Stanford in the Sugar Bowl.

I though maybe they would stop talking like it was a sure thing if OSU won by a lot. But they are still saying it is a lock. I can't believe their boner for Bama

It is now hard for me to even consider Alabama a legitimate opponent for LSU in the championship game. The ESPN bias is the worst I've ever seen.

This is just pathetic.

Their lobbying won't change anything. If the voters are so easily swayed by SportsCenter as you think they are then they shouldn't even have a vote.

Do people across the country notice this as much as people who actually have a dog in the fight?
