On your own? You simply handed the Texas market to the SEC for the SEC Network. It was an obvious move for a school with nothing to lose. You just traded having 2 daddies for having 6. And now you have 8.

What team walked away with substantially more injuries?
The same one that walked away with the win, the SEC title, a first round bye in the CFP and will, most likely, still be prepping for a game when the other one is bragging about how many people got hurt playing them while they lost.....

I wasn't bragging about injuries. I simply responded to the uga fan that said Texas wasn't physical enough. If we were any more physical you guys would've had a third string QB playing.

If Texas had met UGA physically where it mattered they'd have won the game. UGA was more physical at the LOS. In both games. As for Gunner Stockton it took 10 yards for Texas to make a play, a good, clean, hard, physcial play....10 yards and a first down. And talk about being physically tough? Carson Beck comes in dragging a fricked up arm, hands the ball off between the tackles and there is a hole there big enough for half the team to get into the end zone....when everybody in the state of Georgia knew what was coming UGA did it and was physically better than Texas once again. By the way, UGA doesn't score there against Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, Auburn, Kentucky and probably Vandy because they all know EXACTLY what UGA was going to do in that situation....and can, for a few plays, match the physical effort because they would never beat UGA if they did not....and UGA would never beat any of them if UGA did not.

I've hung around these SEC parts long enough to damn well know if y'all had knocked out any Texas players you would be chest beating about that much more than the victory itself.
We are meeting you on your level and you can't take it.

Not really. When you can hold all night and not get called for it, it doesn't matter how physical you are.

That's because it is. 90% of the "fans" in the stands didn't go to school there and don't really care or follow the team. It is the closest thing to a major professional sport there is in Austin, so it is the de facto event to attend on weekends in the fall even though the majority of people in the stands could not name a single player on the team.

Why didn't you just go to Texas? Yeah I know, easier said than done.

17-7 does not hurt my feelings. Although it should have been worse.

True story. We had Thanksgiving for my whole family this year including my brother and his family. We had 26 people at our house. We are all pretty close. Brother’s current wife is a tsip and his oldest daughter by his first wife is also a tsip. Neither of them had any idea that UTrans was in the SEC or who their QB was. My niece graduated in the Fall of 2023. She had a full-ride scholarship. During her 4 years at UTrans, she went to two football games both in her freshman year. She said that the student experience at home games was terrible. The student section was all general admission and you had to get there 3 or 4 hours before game time to get a decent seat. She decided it was not worth it and quit going to home games.

Ok ag.. perhaps you should have been more focused on hitting those books instead of the football games.
