Nope. Daniel’s already lost it for them with his interception.

I'm obviously not a Bama supporter but you don't know football at all.

On the other hand, if I am Kelly I call the league office and just state facts. next year we expect the game to be officiated exactly the same. A horse collar on Bama's QB needs to be overlooked and one on ours should be called. A hit on the Bama QB like the one on JD should get a 15 yarder, but no targeting.

That's the thing though, there was a helmet to helmet that wasn't called on LSU as well as blatant holding on several plays, notably the one that took Daniels out. And last year, on LSU's game winning touchdown, there was a block in the back directly in front of the head official that wasn't called.

Bama was absolutely fricked in the Tennessee game last year and no one said a word.

We've consistently led the league in penalties.

Point is, every team in this conference gets fricked by the officials or benefits from them. But people let the estrogen cloud their ability to see things rationally.

It was such a minuscule amt of time between the release of the ball and the hit. I don’t know how the defensive player is supposed to stop his momentum at that point.

As if your crew doesn't have trashy fans. Ok, yeah, right...

Also, Turner comes in with a classic "sack" vibe. Has his arms out to wrap Daniels up properly. It looks like if ANY part of Turner's helmed leads the hit, it was his facemask. Targeting was meant primarily for using the crown of the helmet maliciously. That was neither. I am not saying this as Bama fan but as a CFB fan. I even owned up to a LEGIT penalty being missed on the very same play being committed by 41 on Bama, hands to the face. That should have been flagged, not the solid hit that has been mis-characterized by Turner.

The penalty for roughing the passer (which is being ignored) is the same as targeting in terms of yardage and auto first down so nothing would have changed.

Thats not the point.

The point is that him not getting ejected is why the majority of CFB fans outside of Alabama despise that program.

Devin White was suspended for brushing a face mask, meanwhile this hit wasn’t even reviewed.

They get every call in tight situations go their way.

No asshat but he should still get kicked out for intentionally trying to hurt the qb. What if that was UGA’s qb?

You are so full of shite. Have you made contact with the SEC’s head of officials, Steve Shaw?

Tuthill is an ill informed idiot who’s own fan base finds comical.

No, but it would have still been a game.

How?

It was already called roughing the passer and Daniels was knocked out with a concussion.

I don't think so, and neither do you.

You can’t possibly be this stupid.

They illegally put the the best QB in the country out of the game.

That type of play is coached by little nicky.

And everybody knows it.

I could never understand fans of any sport or any walk of life

Celebrating “wins” when you know you cheated to win

But bamas have been cheating for decades

So carry on

P.S.

You’re probably still celebrating Biden’s “victory”

I doubt we would have won. But, Bama's "objective" to knock JD5 out of the game was accomplished. THAT made the difference, IMO.

Agree the drive killing hold into tipped INT was the turning point. But however slim — we definitely have a shot if JD plays the 4th.

Last year all it took was a 2-pt conversion
(bet ya arse they weren’t going to play for OT this year if they did get to 13 unanswered in that situation)

Whereas, I just turned off the TV when they said JD was officially in concussion protocol.

It’s not really fair for us to say it’s why Bama won… but it’s not really fair to say it didn’t matter or even potentially affect the outcome.
