MSU was picked to finish dead last as usual. I believe at the beginning of the season I made a post about the media being lazy as hell. This was proof. I thought the media was full of it in general news but the older I get, I see it's all the media. Even sports media. They are either lazy or have agendas.

Here in Mississippi the media has always sucked off Ole Miss because OM is a journalism school.

Are you honestly retarded? Ole Miss has a better god damn record for fricks sake and you still cry in every other thread because they are better than MSU

Nope, not crying at all. I'm not even talking about this year, I am talking about historically. I don't know how old you are but when your booster was sleeping with an NCAA investigator while you were trying to take down Sherrill , MSU stayed in the news 24/7.

They even did stories about "hearsay" that was proven wrong. They ran stories non stop about MSU and despite the NCAA admitting and I quote "What brought us here was on the backdrop on internet rumors and innuendos"

They then hit us hard anyway for small crap under the so-called "repeat offender"

The Mississippi media was sucking off Ole Miss so bad because the media here in general are all big OM fans and please don't deny that.

By the way, that crooked NCAA guy lost his job and the NCAA settled out of court with Sherrill. End of story

ETA: I forgot the most important part. There was always proof Ole Miss was cheating and the media gave you a free pass ALWAYS. If not for Steve exposing you, the media never would have covered it. They knew about the grade fixing and ignored that too.

Only team who may be wrong is arkansas but they are dealing with injuries. MSU lost to LSU and beat arkansas without Jefferson as arky QB

This is the way to start the week with a little brother grinding. Still have you 4-4 at end of year. Everyone on this board knew Texas 8&4 was overrated.
Arkansas is missing KJ Jefferson. That is hard to overcome.

Fumbled a punt inside the 10yd line, momentum flipped, lots of dropped passes, OL stunk it up.

It's looking like Alabama, Ole Miss, and Mississippi State are the class of the SEC West right now. Texas A&M and Arkansas were based entirely on pre-season hype.

Y'all were ranked 1 when we were ranked 2.

I agree with this assessment. I personally think State is better than Ole Miss but there is a lot of football to be played.

Ole Miss Schedule to date
Troy
Central Arkansas
GA Tech
Tulsa
Kentucky
Vanderbilt

Miss State schedule to date
Memphis
Arizona
LSU
Bowling Green
A&M
Arkansas

That loss to LSU is happened but LSU was healthier and mobile QB's give State lots of issues. State played poorly dropping a punt deep and dropped passes etc.. If they played again, I would pick State to win but that's not what happened that day.

State still has KY, Bama, Auburn, GA and OM.

OM still has Auburn, LSU, A&M, Bama, ARk & State.

State has one less SEC game to play. Both are good, let's see how it actually plays out.

I think both are good and fairly even but neither are a contender to Bama especially if a healthy Bryce Young is on the field but we shall see. It is fun to watch.
