I have an idea. Probably a bad one but hear me out.
Let the banned have one post on the rant asking for re-admission and let folks vote on it. We can serve as a parole board. Obviously you will have veto and infinite vote privileges in case of a one off who should or shouldn't get in. Some of these knuckleheads will sink themselves.

I don't follow closely enough to know who is banned and who is just not posting. Like AggieHank. He could be banned but he also takes time off probably out of frustration of being called a dufus all the time. Warranted but still would get annoying,
