Tre Mason was snubbed in 2013. He finished 4th in voting and put up way better numbers than Ingram did in 2009.

The best, most deserving winner: Bo Jackson
Worst/least deserving winner: Mark Ingram
Most foolish winner: JFF
Should have won: Darren McFadden

He finished 6th and wasn’t beating Winston that year

Peyton was the biggest snub

You're a dumbass.
Had more yards after contact than I've ever heard in history and was one of the main reasons Alabama won a national championship that year as Greg McElroy fricking disappeared in October.
Everyone knew it was coming and they could not stop him. And with over 1000 yards after contact, you can't claim it was his line doing it.

This is just ignorant. You can say that you thought Gerhart deserved it more but both were deserving that year. The worst Heisman winner ever was unarguably Paul Hornung

Its a shame what the trophy has become (best player on best top 5 team)

And you get bonus points if you are on the offensive side of the football

The Heisman is not just stats. Timmy Chang owned the total yards passing record in a season and I dont think he even was invited to the ceremony

So who do you want it going to? A QB from Texas Tech or Houston every year?

I was meaning an invite, not a win.
Barry Sanders deserved the win, but Thomas should have gotten an invite IMO.

I didn’t realize that. Do you know what his number finished at? I believe Jonathan Taylor had over 1200 last year.

This this this this. Only Heisman winner ever from a team with a losing record. Had like 3 TDs that year. As a QB

It boggles my mind that Bo Jackson was only considered one time. Can that be right?
I mean, I understand he played in the wishbone for part of his career, but he is one of the all time greats.
