On the PP7 pick, the official from the game has since said it actually was an interception and was called incorrectly. Nothing to dispute anymore.

This is my favorite all-time game. Better than even the 2 Natty wins. The younger people don't remember this one, but back in the day, this one was Bama's 21-0. Saying Josh Reed's name would make a Bama fan twitch =)

No it wasn't.

Alabama was 3-4 going into that game.

Isn't that illegal? I thought you couldn't hurdle over the line on a field goal play; especially the long snapper.

2 set of rules, brother....2 sets of rules, selectively enforced.

Alabama players can attempt to cause delay of game penalties by holding onto a players leg long after the whistle blows and when said player tries to extricate himself, he gets called for a personal foul....when it should have been the Alabama player getting said foul.

Alabama player can hurdle over the long snapper in violation of the very rule that the current Alabama coach advocated for and no call.

Cornerbacks intercept ball, video evidence shows interception and conrol on field of play, .....replay officials essentially ask " who you gonna believe? Me, or your lyin eyes and video?"

Also, Alabama Offensive lineman can do essentially any type of egregious holds with the game on the line, the whole stadium sees it, the guys on TV see it, but magically, the referee standing there does not see it.

Thus,

"Ceterum autem censeo Alabaminem esse delendam"

That JC Copeland fumble was so bad...LSU had the offense that year to move the ball. Losing to Mississippi in 2013 still is about the most pathetic performance in LSU history, though.

Wasn't even a starting LB that stripped it from him.
