Having said that, if we don't play you for the championship, I will support you against whoever you play.

I think you meant to say, "I will go buy a t-shirt claiming BAMA's 45th National title."

The BCS was designed to have the two top rated teams face each other in a National Championship. Not the two best teams. Not the teams from the best conferences. Not the teams that have played the toughest schedule or had the most impressive victories — or losses for that matter. Not the top-rated teams that have not already met in the regular season or won a conference championship. That's it period.

Link me to the part of the BCS Mission Statement that says this.

If we have to play Bama again, so be it. But thanks for your team giving our team bulletin board material after the 9-6 victory. More than one Bama player was spouting off about how the better team did not win, how Bama beat themselves, etc. Our boys don't need any extra motivation, but thanks for supplying it, anyway.

I am a Bama fan and I am really amused by all the whinning and moaning about the possiblility of a rematch. The BCS was designed to have the two top rated teams face each other in a National Championship. Not the two best teams.

I want you to remember the part about the two best teams. OSU is probably not the best team, compared to Bama. However, it might be ranked higher because it played a tougher schedule. Don't grip if Bama gets jumped, by a team you feel is not as good.

Face it, you're a bunch of BUSH league whiners! I don't care if we play Bama, but I'd love to see somebody jump Bama just to see you pussies fetal up and suck your thumbs!

BTW: We've already called out the National Guard to protect our oak trees!

I am an LSU fan and I'm super amused at all the endless posts by Bama fans on justifying a rematch.

The teams Bama beat have a combined record of 69-61.
The teams OK St. beat (assuming they win vs OU) have a combined record of 73-55.

Jussayin... Bama hasn't earned shite.

Tell me about it. We've gotten so much better since 11/5, that I feel this game won't even be close. I believe LSU will get it done quite well. I have no issue whatsoever of bringing it to the tide once again.

41-17 LSU.

The fact is that LSU has a much better TEAM. TEAM, i.e. more than one. Alabama is like Auburn was last year. Got 1 exceptional player, Richardson. Take him out of the equation, as would have been for Dollar Bill Newton, Alabama is average. LSU don't have 1 exceptional player. They are MANY.
