If a meteorite falls to the earth but no one is around to hear it, does it really make a sound? Apparently if there is a doorbell camera around to record it.

Nice try. But you’re trying too hard. Bama could start its backup QB and still cruise.
They a slightly better shade of maroon than A&M does.
The ferry was flipped over and most people were in their vehicles and never got a chance to save themselves. I knew 2 of the survivors. They said it was still dark and they couldn’t see what was going on. What alerted them was some motorcyclists laying their bikes down and taking off running to the stern. They sensed something dangerously wrong and got out of their truck and began running in the same direction of the guys who laid down their motorcycles When they at last saw what was about to happen they bailed off the stern of the ferry into the river. They said the only reason they survived was because they were clear of the ferry when it flipped over. One man was pulled from the water within 10 minutes the other man was treading water for 45 minutes. He told me he was so tired that he was to the point of giving up when he felt a rope hit him. He was hauled into safety and thanks to the brave volunteers his life was saved. He suffered from nightmares many months after the ordeal. He said the worst part was hearing all the anguished screaming as the ferry overturned which he could not get off his mind.
My grandson is from a “not wealthy” family and made a 35 out of 36 on his ACT. They live in North Carolina. Even with a great GPA and great ACT score, he still couldn’t get accepted to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is of Swedish descent. I guess they already had their quota of dumb Swedes.
Mississippi State. I have a lot of southwest Mississippi friends. (Still wish they would dispense with the cowbells, though).
Popeye’s forearms aren’t massive enough. AI? I’ve had all I can stands and I can’t stands no more !
Dang, son. That’s harsh. Let’s just admit he’s the GOAT. Every other coach had the same opportunity as he did. He was just a phenom. It happens. No asterisk needed.

Man, that’s a first class paint job. Very nice honor for Jayden!
To be honest, I wish it would have stayed Deaf Valley. But, if you go to a game early in the season, it feels as hot as Death Valley, California. I’ve got to admit though, that quote by Les Miles was pretty clever…”Where opponents dreams go to die”. Uncharacteristically eloquent for ole Les.
“There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.” Part of the joy of living is discovering new things and knowing there are more mysteries yet to be uncovered. Viva la Vida!
Seems like they’re picking on the Florida schools. Who’s next? Hopefully Bama. Might as well pile on.
Well, they had a good run. It’s our turn now.

They must be really recruiting well. Any NIL deals forthcoming? Geaux Tigah dance team !!!
I usually put it in when it’s warm weather. Can’t stand doing it during freezing temps.
Really wouldn’t want to see Norvell there. I think he is a good coach and would do well at Bama. But the fact his team got bumped out of the playoffs by Bama, rightly or wrongly, would make his defection to Bama seem especially onerous. I think the Florida Stste fans would never forgive him for that. I don’t think he’ll make the move if offered but I think he would be a good hire for them.
Yep. Tablerock Lake is beautiful!
Missouri fun fact. Missouri shares a border with 8 different states, more than any other state. St. Louis was a frequent starting point for many settlers heading out west in the 1800’s, hence its designation as “the gateway to the West”. (See large Gateway Arch). Mark Twain was from Missouri, anybody remember him? Ever hear of the Missouri Compromise in American history class? Or the U.S. Missouri battleship where the Treaty ending WW Ii was signed? Harry Truman? Ever hear of him? Americans being ignorant of U.S. geography or history shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone.
