Just like there are interviews going on right now of people discussing Venables "stealing signals" with absolutely zero substance to it other than it's what they heard from somebody else.
And by all means, let's keep whistling past the fact that everybody can huddle or use helmet comms like it's not a thing because we prefer a narrative over reality.

Why even mention sign steal, instead of saying, that he prepares very well?
We all know why, and your dumbass knows as well.

basically everyone is saying OUs defense is good we can’t beat them …. Let’s cry before the game so we have an out ….. if we win it will look even better we overcame all of that …. Got it .

I don't disagree, it's pathetic and on par for most of the cucks that coach in this conference.
I hope Oklahoma beats the piss out of Bama so this board will melt down.

This board doesn't melt down when the gumps lose, it melts down when the corndogs lose.

Why is sign stealing illegal or frowned upon?
It is not illegal. It is only frowned upon when someone else is better at it than you are.

The legality is irrelevant.
If you still have monkeys on your sidelines doing the humpty-dance to send signals in, or holding up posters with donald duck on them instead of sending signals directly to your QB via helmet comms, maybe you're just a clown program and that's what you should be worried about.
Clownworld.....

Also just stopping by to mention I'm really looking forward to this Bama-OU matchup.

Damn right. Instead of up the middle for no gain on first down, we're going dropped deep ball for no gain.
Suck it.

wouldn't be surprised if everyone tries to signal steal.
It is part of the game. My friend Coached in D2 in the 90s and they had lip readers in the booths.
Now, being on the opposing sideline dressed as the opposing staff or hacking into the helmet comes would be over the line.
But, if you are going to use visual signals, they are fair game.

Here's a clue. He now plays for Auburn

No truer statement has ever been made on this forum. Ever.
Stoops almost ruined the Oklahoma football program. I can barely stand at hear him speak. This program is a fraction of how good it was before he ever showed up. It’s like he’s never gonna disappear. Drives me crazy.
While there's def some truth in this statement that's a little harsh. He hurt us by letting his little bro hang around way too long but before that, he brought us back to relevance and produced some of the best teams of this century. I do believe he hung around a little too long but I don't mind his presence now.

its amazing how OU fans act like he's Saban since he's one of them.
The rest of the SEC hopes he signs a lifetime contract with OU.

This is just another clownworld narrative you pulled out of your arse with zero substance behind it.
Half the fanbase has wanted Venables gone since last season.

Shoot, not that long ago there was a guy from Baylor, sent in by Art Briles, that snuck his behind onto our sideline to steal signals before we played them. Later on, we hired him.
He's now the head coach at Miss State.
who cares

I just agreed that I don’t think he’s doing anything illegal. But of course you’d have to actually have on objective opinion about what I said instead of just blindly supporting your team through and through lol

Name certainly checks, well done Inspector Clouseau!
In my defense, have zero control over what triggers the dirt burglar fanbase. Only state the facts.
