Maybe the coaching staff wanted players who had more big plays than personal fouls.

Either that one of Sophomore Brian Williams or Freshman early enrollee A.J. Johnson has already passed him on the depth chart.

O'Neal gradually lost his starting job over the course of last season because he just couldn't stop committing personal foul penalties.

Could these defensive backs be running away from LSU’s passing attack?

AJ Terrell’s stock plummeted after Chase embarrassed him.

I think that is what we are seeing. Wow.

It is weird but contrary to what he says he is not the best safety in the country and definitely wasn’t guaranteed to start this year. We have brought some solid talent in at safety the last few years. Regardless the 18 class not looking very good for us

Great point Willie.

Not only did they lose to LSU, they lost by 43 points. That’s the worst beat down suffered by any team in the SEC west this year.

For perspective, Arkansas, the worst team in the division, lost by less to LSU, Auburn, and Alabama.

Texas A&M simply can’t compete at an elite level. I guess all of the SEC revenue makes up for their continued humiliation on The national stage.

I wish you had a gif of this play. I think this was the play in which O’Neal made a business decision and held up, rather than getting trucked by LSU’s third string receiver en route to a TD.

Wanted to stay healthy for his new team. Smart man.

He played 66 snaps vs LSU. The most he played vs any team last season.

Did you not watch that embarrassing performance in Tiger Stadium by the Jimbo-led Aggy team?
