I know that, and I don't see how that changes anything. A school can easily get another school investigated, and now they can create evidence against that school also.
I can't think of another probation where the testimony of a player on a rival team was presented as the centerpiece of the case.
They probably have more evidence, and like I said in the OP Ole Miss is guilty. Right now though, the indictment is centered around the testimony of rival players

Do you have sources telling you that Ole Miss is going to "sing"?

Stop falling for this!
You're assuming things based on a staged video shot by 3 OM officials who are looking at losing their collective asses.
Centerpiece of the case? There are 21 freaking violations, 15LEVEL I violations involving football. No single testimony is responsible for that

Do you really think the NCAA has never got the testimony of players on one team about their recruitment for another? The mental gymnastics and naivety to believe that is hilarious. The NCAA has been busting people's balls for decades

I assume he provided proof beyond just his word

Schools don't get in a lot of trouble for breaking the rules. They get in trouble for covering it up and lying.
bullshite. With Albert Means, UA cooperated fully with the NCAA investigation and got hammered.
Tressell tried to cover up the tattoo thing, but Ohio State's athletic department turned it in as soon as they got it. Still took a hit.

No I don't, but I can't think of a case where it was the centerpiece. Can you name one? Most of the time a former player is the source. Right now, reporters are essentially citing this as the center of the case.

Ok, I misunderstood your post.

Leo Lewis is protected under the NCAA Whistleblower Protection Act

Here's your problem.
Nobody outside of the NCAA and OM knows what's in the letter and nobody outside the NCAA knows what they have in their case files.
Those 'reporters' are simply relying on what their sources tell them - and the OM 'reporters' have been wrong throughout this whole mess.

easily? You serious? This is a stretch.

Link to where Lewis is the center piece? The NCAA has a mountain of shite on Ole Miss.
