2 years ago LSU had the 82nd defense.
Last year? 59th.
This year? 15th.
The defensive coordinator responsible for that improvement turned down an HC offer at his alma mater after Kiffin accepted the LSU job.
You're an idiot. That much is clear. But if you think Kiffin didn't want Baker here, then you're a fricking retard.

You know little of what you speak. His entire schtick is he’s proud of his bio on there. He said so in TD

Certainly not worried about him leaving for Tennessee
In fact, when Charlie eventually moves on, Huepel would make a great play caller

He hasn't coached a game at LSU yet.
Fortunately for LSU he’s too toxic for the Michigan job. Now you just need to hope Deboar doesn’t leave and Bama lower their standards.

He’s a head coach. He retained LSU’s DC. What’s your point?
And LSUs D staff. The staff the DC inherited. LSU is pinching pennies

Baker brought 2 coaches with him from Mizzou, and Corey Raymond was hired to coach under Baker. The previous defensive staff was let go after 2023 and Baker was hired in 2024.

Contracts you try to weasel out of are not a flex…
DC
Blake Baker LSU DC
TBA Chris Kiffin Defensive Analyst / LBs
DL Kevin Peoples LSU DL
SAFETIES Jake Olson LSU Safeties
DBs Corey Raymond LSU DBs
DL Elijah Robinson Syracuse DC
1 new defensive hire and 1 non ole miss O hire with all ole Miss support staff.
So much for LSU hiring the “best”.

I'm actually curious; do you think we tried to get out of a contract with Blake Baker?
