Kirby was mad that the committee stated they would choose the best four teams, but then chose not to pick the best four teams, implied it was a critical mistake to drop no.1 Ga so low and out of the top four, questioning the committee’s integrity and professionalism.

It appears that winning a conference championship is a big part of it. Problem this year is 5 conference champions all had 1 loss or less and an argument to be in

You guys should really read the CFP protocol. They tell you how they make distincrions between comparable teams to determine the 4 best for the playoff. It’s written down in black and white.

Thankfully we won't have this shite next year as Alabama, Michigan, Texas and tOSU will get auto bids every year and the other 8 will come from the field.

We are an official member of the SEC grievance committee. Ole Miss, Missouri, and Ga all have a legit gripe, three AD conference committee members denied the SEC a 12 team playoff. And LSU’s Heisman quarterback was targeted yet it was never reviewed on the field by the SEC.

I mean I think a lot of people can complain about the committee since they seemingly just half assed things this year without any rhyme or reason.
We don't desrve the playofs if its based on resume. But if it's based on resume,FSU should be in overbama.
If they want to avoid a TCU from last year and pivot from best resume to best team, then we shoudl be in somewhere. There simply are not 4 teams in america "better" than we are this year. Note that I'm not advocating for this, because I do think we lost our shot this weekend. I'm just saying that the committee didn't even pick a criteria and stick with it. We were ranked #1 in the polls the entirety of the whole season (and in the CFP committee rankings for most fo the season). We lost by 3 in a neutral site to a top 5 team, and now we're the 6th best team? If you want to claim that our resume as a 1 los team without a championship is why we fell that far, that's fine I have no issue with that. But you can't then turn around and say a 13-0 FSU is only 5th.
It's just a random hodgepodge of shite that they picked seemingly at random.

I agree, either Ga and Alabama are both in, based on the criteria used or both are out! Bama fans certainly don’t see it that way though.
