Hell, NBA is even irrelevant. Name one that has played college then declared for the draft annd signed anny professional contract, and was allowed to play college again. The answer is none, because there is a specific rule against it that has nothing to do with the rules around European pros.

It wasn’t like Oats did this in the offseason. He was doing something unprecedented in the middle of the season to get a competitive advantage and fix a big hole on his roster. Again, in the middle of a season. Then Oats turns around and acts like he’s a victim trying to fix a problem. It’s laughable.
Oats had every opportunity to get a 20 year old Serbian who played the equivalent of AAU professionally to join his team like everyone else in the country.

He IS the victim - the impartial judge ALREADY issued the TRO and then the CORRUPT and DUMB barners got upset since they have to continually LEASE space in their 600 seater HIGH SCHOOL GYM from Nate himself. If there’s ANYONE to blame it’s STEPHEN PEARL since he sucks and now the lowly barners must FOCUS on something other than their ABYSMAL team.
