You have to coach in the conference title games and playoffs to actually post a record. He left for another job last year. He wasn’t eligible at USC. So he has no record to speak of except at FAU which is a lot different than coaching in a major conference.

Lane is going in dry this year. Everyone, since the day he announced his departure from OM, has done nothing but attack him, LSU, and the players. You better believe he has that locker room believing in “us against the world.” When they play OM the team is going to do everything they can to win it for Lane. This might be one of the most epic hate matchups we have had in SEC history.

He played for a conference championship and made the playoff, that's all you claimed.

I mean, he's your coach so you're gonna love him. But he doesn't really have the voice for it. When he tries to raise it sounds like he's going through puberty. Kirby doesn't shriek.
