No not at all but when one claims to be a Christian you would expect a little more. Not surprised at all but I have been around a lot of Godly coaches that don’t have to speak like this. You can be a leader of men with integrity and not be that fouled mouth. I will take heat for these comments but I’m ok with that.

It’s just different at lsu right? How about be a coach that can be different in the locker room without all that profanity. Wouldn’t that be refreshing

I don’t condone that for any locker room
This isn’t about Kiffin as much as just have some integrity as any coach when talking to men. Language is the not the only way to motivate brother. Been around and seen it

What year did he take a major school to a conference title game and make a playoff appearance and coach?
Deboer has not coached very long in major college football as a head coach. Between Washington and Bama he has 2 playoff appearances and 1 natty appearance I do believe at Washington. He has 2 or 3 Conference title appearances winning 1 that I know of. Since Nick retired Kirby and Georgia has probably been the best and most consistent college football program and Deboer has a 2-1 record against them. Beating them early last year at Georgia snapping a home win streak. He had a pathetic offensive line last year and a team that was beat to piss and still kept that game from being ugly. Hell forget Deboer. Pete Freaking Golding is 1-1 in the playoff with a win over Kirby and Georgia. Lane is 1/3 in his career against the Dawgs. Make fun of Deboer all you want but the man has accomplished more in just a handful of years at major schools than Lane ever has.

I mean, you can tell when Lane does his press conferences he doesn't really have the voice for it. He's a great coach, but no one is gonna play that on their radio show and talk about running through walls. Should let one of his assistants take over or stop the leaks.

Most people will hear him cussing & screaming. What I heard was Sheer Psychological/Motivational Genius: ie ~ "Player Mindset/Attitude/Expectation"........speech delivered just before exiting the locker room to Influence his players Mindset/Attitude while competing (Executing on each/every Play) on the field for the next 30 minutes!!

I mean, it is really high pitched cause he has that kind of voice. So when he tries to raise it, it squeaks.
when he says "schedule" you can tell he's really having a hard time holding it together.
Sorry. If Pat plays that this week or later on and tells you how he's ready to go through a wall, I'll say I was wrong. Doubt it happens.

Sark has at least 1 win against Alabama and a Saban coached Bama team. He has been to the playoff. Where is Lane? Even Dabo has two nattys and a boatload of playoff appearances. Where is Lane? The Indiana coach has been a head guy one or two year and has a title already. Where is Lane? Lincoln Riley has even made the playoff before. Where is Lane? It’s not like he hasn’t had opportunities. All these other coaches have done it. Where is Lane? Getting smoked in big games usually where he is at.
