What I want to know is this:
Were you just guessing based on circumstances, or did you know/hear something?
Regarding the "judge shopping" stuff, wasn't Tennessee one of the first schools to do that? Long before Ole Miss and the Chambliss stuff?
I believe they blocked an NCAA ruling a year or so ago that way, when other schools were still trying to follow the rules.
*Tennessee and Virginia, early 2024, re the NIL deals.
I could see Kiffin seeing what is potentially available and pushing the envelope on that.

Can you blame him? I mean, Chambliss found a Mississippi judge to overrule the NCAA and give him another year eligibility. It wouldn't surprise me if he petitioned to become permanently eligible because that's what all this ls leading to.
