I haven’t seen a buzz around a program like this since 2007 when Saban landed in Tuscaloosa or 2016 when Kirby took the job in Athens. We’ll see how the rest of the season plays out but damn it’s impressive to hand Swinney the worst loss of his career even if Clemson is a shell of what they used to be.

They looked every bit like they should when they invested like they have. They will be a very tough out for anyone.

As an lsu fan it is just nice to see a team ready to play. Since 2019 LSU has looked not great most of the season and especially bad in the openers.

Don’t know how the season plays out obviously, but all signs are pointing up.

Golding in Oxford will be a different kind of problem. Could see an upset today in Nashville

LSU made them look bad just like the other's coming up on the schedule. Bama will get their chance in Tiger Stadium. I'm sure Clemson won't be the last team to get embarrassed by Lane Train.

Yes, I marked it down as one of Texas's regular season losses this year.

Offensive line play in college has become atrocious. But that was horrible even by present day standards.

CLK said pre season that he expects next year's team to be even better.

As well, another boost to on going recruiting success, there were 17 NFL scouts & GM's at the game. Safe to assume future recruits will hear that.

After what he did in Oxford there is no way I thought otherwise. They hadn't won shite in 60+ years when Lane got there, and look where he took them. Can't imagine what he'll do in Baton Rouge.
