You guys still haven't figured out what the lawsuit is about. You think it's about an individual players eligibility when the federal case is actually about LSU/Kiffin launching a campaign to force the SEC into rules the other members do not want.
It's a 1st amendment (freedom of association) case. All 15 other members are being held hostage by LSU and their local courts. The entire conference is united against you.
And if push comes to shove, they can just remove you as a member and there is nothing you could do about it. You want to be independent, then go be independent. You want to be a member of the SEC, then you abide by the rules of the SEC.

In reality LSU is a program that averages 5 losses a year this decade, most of them regular season games, and just hired a coach considered to be one of the worst ever in the NFL, hated by nearly every school he's been to and is known to cause drama that damages himself and the school he represents while failing at some of the biggest names in football.
LSU looks at him and thinks - he just needs more money.
That is what you think people are scared of.

I don't disagree with you. Alabama plays a pro basketball player for five games, the conference does nothing.
LSU just threatens to play pro players and the entire conference is hiding under their beds.

Alabama didn't force a rule change for the entire conference to decide who is elgible.
You don't actually understand what is going on and the more LSU fans point towards single cases and exceptions the more it shows.
