Look at the geography. Once the ACC splits up, which is inevitable you are looking at the Civil War again. North versus the South

The sad part is, I think they will fit in perfectly with the Big 10. Their world views are pretty much in alignment. That is why I am happy OU joined the SEC and not the Pac 12 which was rumored at one point. We align more with the states in the SEC than the Pac 12.

Yes we do and not well for Ohio. Lets remember that Ohio was the stronghold for the northern democratic party, otherwise known as the Copperhead party. They wanted to end the war and sue for peace with the south and allow the confederacy to become their own nation.
