10-2. Ya'll won't beat state. It will be in starkville and we are better than you.

Why is Kentucky so resigned to just give up the Georgia game?

This is college football... anything can happen.
I wouldnt say resigned. Georgia is just tremendously talented and we're down there this year. The Toledo game showed us what we all expected....we are still talented but have some young talent that has things to learn. Not unreasonable to expect a step back. I think Vandy is going to win 6 or 7 games this year, and people saying UGA was doodoo v the Dores are underselling them a bit. I think it was a combination of a sluggish Dawg start, and Vandy not getting enough credit. Theyll beat Tennessee and South Carolina.

I scoffed at the title, but after seeing the schedule full of tomato cans, it's not that much of a stretch.

I still think they drop at least 2 if those they should win. And I dont think Florida is an auto win.

I hope no one is thinking anyone is an auto win. I said I’d be pleased with seven wins with the losses in the secondary. I do think there’s a pretty high ceiling but if I’m being honest, I don’t think there’s much of anything guaranteed on the schedule. That and we’re all pencilling in final records across the league after one game.

They are well coached and they play hard. I really root for Kentucky.

Keep you staff and you only get better from now on. Kentucky is the new Tennessee.

I'm still picking 10-2 this year.

If 2005 loss to Vanderbilt at home was not bad enough...

Tennessee lost to Kentucky in 2011. Stop and think about that, Vols lost to The Joker who set UK back a good 5 years as HC. Vols also lost to UK in 2017 the last time they played in CWS. Keep whistling past the graveyard if it makes you feel better.

It is very possible. That running game might even better than last year with the trio

They'll be either 11-1 or 10-2 based on this game.

Stoops is possibly in the top half of SEC coaches. There are at least 5 fan bases that aren't happy with their coach, and another two or three coaches at least that you could argue that Stoops is at least as good as. Did anyone ever think you'd ever be able to say that?

Yes, I was pro Stoops when others were pro Pirate and such.

Have said for years UK needs to tap into all that OH recruiting and that is what Stoops has finally done. Went up there and got the 3 starts with attitude that got snubbed by OSU or other B1G schools. If he can maintain it and even play an IU, PU, IL, UM now and again he will just get stronger recruiting against them.

How many starters does UK have returning on O and D respectively? The east is not very competitive this year outside of UGA and UF. I can see UK making a run for the East title IF they have good players back.

Kentucky beating UT? I don’t care how bad the Vols are you couldn’t beat them with your best team ever last year.
