Make no mistake about it, Texas is not a good team. And they blew their load in an emotional rivalry game against OU. They will be looking ahead to better opponents on their schedule this weekend and will completely underestimate Kentucky. Cats win 24-17.

I might need this to happen so he can look a little more desirable for Virginia Tech.

If it happens it may top Ole Miss last year for absolute face plant.

Any hopes of playoffs would be dead too

Nice thought but it would take a total meltdown by Texas and UK actually playing sound defense and executing fundamentals on offense, neither of which has occurred this season.

There is a chance of rain Saturday night so that could be a factor.

Seriously Texas just caught OU at the perfect time and went 8 of 19 including 7 of 8 on 3rd down in 3rd quarter vs the number one in the nation 3rd down defense …. They are not as good as you think . Their defense is solid especially if u run straight at them all game lol.

Almost scored 22 points (two missed field goals) against the "best defense" in the country. .

We had players play with injuries for this game and yall still crying about "perfect time."

Score a touchdown once in 3 of the last 4 years then talk.

You were whipped for almost 3 quarters and it wasn't even close.

How did we catch OU "at the perfect time" What does that even mean Are you claiming OU players didn't get up for the RRS?

Also whats the point of your stat? So Texas executed and beat the supposed best 3rd down D in the nation, are you saying it was a fluke? Even if it was it was a 3 score game and could have been more if we dont call the dogs off.

Even if Arch has a case of the screaming willies, Texas still wins it by double digits because UK won't manage to score a touchdown.

Sark in the 2nd half vs Venables

2022 (Texas 21 Oklahoma 0)
2023 (Texas 13 Oklahoma 14)
2024 (Texas 13 Oklahoma 0)
2025 (Texas 20 Oklahoma 0)

In the 3 Texas wins..

Texas 54 Oklahoma 0 <---- shutout in the 2nd half in 3 of the last 4 games
Oklahoma also scored no touchdowns in these 3 games.. 0

In the 1 Texas loss

Texas 13 Oklahoma 14

Sark owns Venables

This ain’t your dad’s Vandy. Also, how A&M avoids Ole Miss, OU, Tennessee, Vandy, UGA and Bama in the same season is crazy.

Hope you are right, dont want to overlook any team but our next big target is Athens.

Kentucky is coming off a bye and is healthier now (they were a pretty banged up team) so I hope we get in, no injuries, and get out with like a 28 - 7 game and have the 2nd string in the 4th.

Because there are 16 teams? And you can’t play them all?

Texas A&M had 2 more top 25 teams on their schedule then the Longhorns did to start the season

2026 Schedule

@ Alabama
@ LSU
@ Oklahoma
@ South Carolina
@ Missouri

vs Texas
vs Tennessee
vs Arkansas
vs Kentucky
vs Arizona State

Elko might find Penn State a little more attractive when looking at this schedule.
