The UK UL game is going to be good, I think. Both are capable of playing great, but both have been wildly inconsistent. But both can salvage bragging rights with a win against the other. I expect both to bring their best, and UK wins it.

There are 13 States with stars on the Confederate flag.
Every conference member had a star other than Oklahoma, which wasn't a State at the time (it's half southern imo).

Gotta admit, the level of give-up and check-out (UK fans words not mine) is surprising. Thought you was 'posed to be SEC and it means more and there is more pride about finishing to the whistle, even when you suck.
UK is culturally a better fit with the Big 12 in that respect. Basektball school, tons of fans and alumni in Ohio, can have a great rivalry with the Big 12 Cincinatti and keep your out of conference rival in UL, etc.

KY/Tenn BBQ is the best BBQ in the country and far outdistances that dried up longhorn meat that has to have a gallon of BBQ sauce on it to make it edible... Sauce is optional for pulled pork from the Tennessess Valley.

I stated facts concerning what States were and are considered the "South."
The North won, relax.
The uninformed who say Missouri or Texas or Kentucky aren't actually part of the "South" must be educated on this great nation's history.
Now go recruit another west coast school to save your defunct, had to change its name, Midwestern US conference.
