If you can find us a ref to cover a 30 point gap, we'll gladly put him on the payroll.

I said this earlier, but in my frustration with Cal, I want to remind everyone that this Alabama team is a top 5 team. Would not surprise me for them to win it all. I'll be rooting for them.

I really don't know what to think. Bama is a very good team, but we didn't look like we wanted to be there, our effort was poor, and Oscar looked unhappy.

I think Cal is just done. He doesn't look much like he is trying anymore now that he isn't getting the top talent. It's like his poor coaching has been exposed, and he just doesn't care. Not sure really what to think honestly.

I'm glad we got this Sears kid

Yea, he's like really good. In the early 80's Bama lost out on Pearl Washington to Syracuse that cost Bama a national title in probably the 85-86 and/or the 86-87 season.
Sears is the guy that DIDN'T get away.

Not sure he can relate and get thru to these kids anymore. He’s a bitter old man now that rubs off on the players. No fire

Here's what will happen.

Oats will coach his team to a 10 point lead 5 minutes into the game.

Cal will flail his arms about with a dumb expression on his face. It will get worse from there.

Final Bama 89, UK 68

I've never been one to take up for Cal, but the game has changed and you really need to be more of an NBA coach now with the players getting paid. Of course Kentucky's players have been getting paid for a while, so my point is moot.

I keed, I keed.

Nah, just know what I'm dealing with, with Cal on the sidelines.

Interesting that Cal still hasn't come out of the locker room yet to do his post game.

Team meeting?

Wasn’t able to watch but this turned out about like I expected. Cal isn’t near the coach that Oats is and talent is pretty close. Can’t believe UK gave him the contract they did.

He gave Tom Leach about 40 seconds and walked off while Tom was still talking to him
