KT won’t be there forever, whether he transfers out or finishes his college career at State. Ultimately, he’s there temporarily either way. He’ll be good for the program however long he’s there. If State happens to be successful this year, who’s to say they couldn’t poach a player in the offseason themselves? Much more likely if we are actually winning games.

There is no such thing as a hometown discount. State will either pay up or somebody will offer him so much more that he leaves. Have to get the money while you can because injuries happen.

We also were recently gifted $100 million for NIL & Jeff Simmons said he'll pony up what is necessary to keep KT. State has a few millionaires in the NFL who would throw in.
