When a school is considered as "something U", it's thought of as THE PLACE to come from, and it has/will happen. It's considered the elite place for the coming and going of these elite athletes.
Now how the hell can a school be ANYTHING U when they've gone 11-12 for the last two years? Man, PLEASE!

Well that's just inaccurate.
Mike Evans is doing exactly what he did at A&m.
He stat padded for bad teams as the #1 option. He was at least on one winning team in the NFL, unlike his college years.
