That was a little over the top, couldn't help it.

I'm not sure I've seen a more hyped player have a worse game since Gino Torretta.

I have. Practically everytime Lee Ziemba ever stepped on the field.

LSU fans knew all along that TM wasn't a cover corner, Teague is smarter than you, and other fun.
I really enjoyed reading that. It reminds me of the thread where they were bitching about him not being named to the AFCA All-America team. I said pretty much the same thing you did about his coverage skills, and they got pissed.

Something that hasn't been mentioned in this thread. Claiborne is LSU's other corner, most(sane) LSU fans know that Claiborne is a better cover corner. Alabama's coaches know Claiborne is a better cover corner, AJ McCarron knows Claiborne is a better cover corner, so he's going to want to throw it to Mathieu's man more than Claiborne's.
Mathieu deserved to be in New York, and deserved to be an All American. Being a cornerback is more than just coverage skills, and he played lights out for most of the year.

As far as being dragged by Bell, Peterson got dragged by Newton during his "heisman moment" and while I understand that Bell is nothing compared to Cam Newton, everyone has bad plays, and bad games.
Unfortunently for LSU, most of our team decided to have bad games and acted like they had already won the MNC.

I'm happy with how the year went, while I obviously would have preferred being undefeated and national champions, I'll take SEC champs and 13-1, including a 1-1 split with the national champions.

Is Honey Badger overrated? Absolutely, but that doesn't mean he isn't one of the best CBs in college football.

Thsi is not a flame on the HB7 at all, but if it were not for the shot he took at DK in the first game, we would not even have known he had been in the game.

Blowing up your TE for a 3yd loss and forcing AJ into a sack wasn't good enough for you?

the whole lsu offense was owned. the defense was disgusted & did the best they could considering they were on the field for approx. 90% of the game.

what is your f#*$ing point?

Look dude I said it wasn't a flame, if you look at all my responses I wish HB7 was on my team. Those were good plays and they were what he was supposed to do, IMO they were not spectacular/highlite reel plays.
