You don't stand up if you have a broken neck.

If this is worst case scenario do they cancel the game? That looked bad. I hope he is ok

This is what I thought - I thought it was the direct hit to the chest, not the neck. But could be either.

It's possible. And that could make it worse.

But it's all speculation at this point. Looks bad.

+1 it's a heart issue

I go back to that Magician that played for the Eagles and got traded to the Saints and they found a problem with his heart during a physical and saved his life. They said one wrong hit would have killed him instantly. I hope and pray it isn’t that bad

Looking at the hit, that seems most likely.

Dude wearing #3 made me think of when Dale Earnhardt died. That hit didn't look hard.

It honestly didn’t look like anything other than a routine tackle. Weird.

It looked more cardiovascular than concussion to me, but who knows. He really didn't hit the head or land crazy that I saw. Similar to the Danish Soccer player- really hope he makes it.

I'd be worried about septal rupture or at worst aortic rupture. Aortic rupture is typically fatal.

Very similar to Christian Eriksen of Denmark at the Euros and they way he collapsed on the field and they had to do CPR

But for heaven's sake, in 10 minutes I could've had 2 IVs, given 2 rounds of epi, and had him in the ambulance with only lifting help.

It will probably be left up to the team?
