They chirped pretty good before the game, but I've never seen a quieter bunch of people file out of the Superdome after that game.
After the game they wanted to act all self-righteous and sanctimonious after they acted like asses in New Orleans leading up to the game.

I’ll admit that I can’t recall hearing the term dirt burglar before. Thought it was some weird reference to Clemsonites digging potatoes. But when I opened the thread, “land thieves” cleared up any confusion.
Either way, I knew it wasn’t an LSU reference because all LSU fans live in a swamp where there’s nothing so dry as dirt to burgle.

Why would the LSU fans think that? There's barely any dirt in the state of Louisiana to steal. I've been down there. All the houses are built on stilts so they aren't sitting in water.
