Good offensive mind, but Petrino has been so unstable in the past.

I do think it's smart for Jimbo to hire an OC, said everyone everywhere simultaneously....

My guess is this relationship will either synergize or disintegrate pretty quickly.

Good hire I doubt he will be there next year if he is successful.

Kind of a blast from the past. Best guess, it’s still Jimbo’s offense but he’s appeasing A&M by bringing in big name OC. At the same time Jimbo throwing Petrino a bone to help him get back into power 5 coaching if they end up being successful. Will be interesting if Jimbo actually gives up play calling duties

Ridiculously stupid hire. Has been who wasn’t that great to begin with.

Has a higher chance at blowing up in their face than being a homerun hire. High risk hire but he's a great offensive mind if he and Dumbo's egos are set aside without locking into each other.

He regressed everywhere but Arkansas. So either he can’t coach or can’t recruit. He’ll need to do both at at excellent level to succeed at A&M.

Should probably add Art Briles as Wide Receivers coach. Maybe find a spot for Brittany Griner also.

Someone should offer Petrino another mill a year and he'll jump from Aggie faster than he left UNLV...

Depends on chemistry. As far as Xs and Os, it’s a great hire.

Remains to be seen

But it’ll either be genius or the dumbest thing ever

TAMU is the trashiest organization in collegiate athletics. They are cultists.

They cheated at recruiting.

Hired a drunk cuck as HC

Now they hire Petrino.
