The Assyrians, Babylonians, Egyptians, Greeks, Romans and everything positive that ever flowed afterwards? Straight up zebra-riding Zulus all the way down.
And anything negative? Well, obviously that was the result of European colonialism and racism, even if no Europe existed for countless millennia, so stop with the questions and whattaboutism for two minutes.

Here in Texas we have a one-bite rule, following which the dog is taken and put down.
A single mauling is also sufficient, regardless of breed.
That said, pit bulls are, imo, inherently dangerous and should be bred out.
