His brother lives in my hi-rise. He is also really weird, not to mention a drunken idiot. The other residents, especially women, are totally creeped out by him. Because we are too polite to tell him to go frick himself like he deserves, he is utterly oblivious to the rather obvious fact that no one likes him.

Today's delay effectively ends the threat of an injunction being issued in this case, because you can't take down your own hearing without pressing for a reset date and still credibly claim irreparable harm.

I mean, whatever harm they claim they are enduring (an infringement of their 1st amendment right of association in this instance) must not be all that pressing and irreparable if they are delaying indefinitely.

Not to mention CLK in particular can't infringe anyone's speech or association rights because he isn't the government, he's a football coach.

So the Plaintiffs continued without a reset date request in an injunction hearing? Good luck with that injunction.
