One was 3 football players breaking no into a residence to take back their stuff like what got OJ Simpson finally locked up, the other was a victimless "crime" where 2 kids got arrested by a rogue LSU fan cop.

I weep for your parents,
even if they were brother and sister.
even if they were brother and sister.

Man ya'll Alabama fans sure seem upset that your guys got off....what's the deal with that?
Gump gonna GumpGump? Reasonable explanation.

DA drops charges against LSU players. Miles reinstates them
I remember how outraged the LSU fans were at this injustice
Yes, because this...
quote:
decision was based on the victim's request in addition to inconsistent and contradictory statements provided to police.
and this...
quote:
their aim was to retrieve items that belonged to Jennings and had been stolen.
Were exactly the same as this...
quote:
reason I'm doing this is that I refuse to ruin the lives of two young men who have spent their adolescence and their teenage years, working and sweating, while we were all home in the air conditioning,"
and this...
quote:
Robinson and Jones were arrested after 2 a.m. when police spotted their car parked in a closed public park. Both were charged with possession of marijuana. Jones had a gun in his lap. A second gun, determined to be stolen, was found under Robinson's seat.
And of course this...
quote:
players' suspension levied by Tigers coach Les Miles after their arrest has reportedly been lifted.
shows no more concern for players' off-the-field actions than this...
quote:
Alabama coach Nick Saban said multiple times he'd wait for the legal process before deciding punishments for his two players.
And then there's this...
quote:
"If we can change their behavior based on what we do, that would be the purpose of discipline," Saban said May 18. "Discipline is not necessarily just punishment, which a lot of people view it that way. It's how do you change somebody's behavior so they have a better chance to be successful. "That's the way we've always done it. That's the way we always try to do it. That's the way I like to do it with my own children.
Seeing how well THAT'S worked for him...well, I just...SMH

No their different alright. No victim in the Cam case. Jennings broke into someone's place illegally
The person who had their gun stolen is a victim.
With that said the reasoning here is whats absolutely crazy. Yall can pretend that its LSU fans which granted makes it worse but this is a national story thats been on ESPN channels/radio talk and non sports FOX News. It is embarrassing for Louisiana but also should be embarrassing for Bama fans because they are players for the university of alabama.

Well it's a good thing Jennings didn't kill Nicole and Goodman.
Why would anyone kill John Goodman?
