I agree with OP. I went to the LSU/Auburn game 2 years ago when they had a significant down year. We won 12-10, but it was every bit as loud as Tiger Stadium - maybe louder, who knows. I guess we could all claim the title on any given Saturday. Off topic to this thread, but the Auburn fans on that day were probably the nicest I've experienced. Not sure how they treated LSU fans this past Saturday b/c I was not there, but on that day they were great.

Watching on tv, I'm very impressed with Auburn. Team is great, stadium was great, fans staying so long for a blow out win also great. A+

I have to hand it to Auburn fans and agree with the OP. JHS as a structure isn't as aesthetically nice as BDS but it makes up for it with atmosphere. Definitely a consistently louder stadium than BDS and Auburn fans bring the noise for big games. I went to the 1995 and 1997 Iron Bowls as a student and you could actually feel the noise on your insides. Definitely one of the louder stadiums around.

Auburn is my all-around favorite trip. The stadium is pretty nice, but really it's just loud.

Mine too. Place was rockin last year vs LSU. I've only heard death valley that loud once

That was maybe the loudest I've ever heard Sanford. This year against Clemson was close, but I don't think it was quite there. I find it funny that so many people were confused by your post.

Relating to this thread though, I agree that Jordan-Hare is an underrated stadium. Great setting, and can definitely get loud.

Stadium needs work to compete with improvements in the conference, but it's still a very solid all around stadium.

It's like the Georgia Dome, which is still a totally decent venue and a good place to watch a game, but it's just falling behind.

As did I

you have a picture of the student entrance. you know where everyone chugs their drinks before going in. yeah there is going to be some trash on the ground, which gets picked up during the game.

That really doesn't help when THERE IS A TRASHCAN NOT 25 FEET AWAY. Are you guys trying to imply that the students are lazy litterbugs?

There's no perfect stadium. Not one. I just gave my opinion and provided the basis for it. I personally took the photo. I wasn't impressed.

It's just an opinion. Feel free to bust on any other stadium you like, hopefully you can back up your assertion as well.

Oddly its rarely brought up when "top stadiums" list are listed.

That's because it's an outdated shithole that is in desperate need of a renovation. They barely have electricity.

Dude I'm sure we could find some trashed out areas of BDS. This is just dumb.

As noted above, I'm sure you could find flaws about any stadium. Feel free to back it up when you can.

It's not my fault you guys don't like an argument based on visual evidence.

Typical diversionary tactic... you don't like the evidence, so you blame it on a "melt" without addressing the core facts of the case.

That's weak sauce, man.

It's definitely been the hardest for LSU to win in.

Or look borderline-not-retarded.
