MSU's performance this year was tragic. Our team was one of the most penalized in the conference, our offense sucked unless we played a shitty defense, Moorehead does not know how to use his timeouts properly, the dude is lost. If he doesn't get his shite together next year he should be canned

There is a hot coach on the rise you guys should hire. He is in the SEC East so any halfway competent west team could pull him out of there.

Think his name is David Mullen or Dan Mullet. Something like that anyways.

The most disappointing thing is he is suppose to be a "good" offensive minded coach but the offense/passing game was a disaster for the most part this season

Fitz moved backwards

Yep. Before the season started Moorehead was the GOAT.

Fitz was trash before Moorehead got here, the difference is he fits into Mullens running scheme a lot better

Given the team he was handed Moorehead might have done the worst job in P5 football this year.

Yes, that is with the caveat of Arkansas having posted its single worst football season of all time. I'm not piling onto the Bulldogs here.

Maybe he will do better once he gets his players in the system but all signs pointed to this being the year for MSU. Yes, Bama was better but this should have been a special year in Starkville. Instead its going to be one of those "What if" years that haunts a program.

I totally agree, given what we were returning on defense there is a reason our fan base was excited. Moorehead completely flubbed this season imo

We were two dropped passes from 10-3, State fans gotta chill.

Not every transition is smooth. The jury is out till after year two. Fitz is a bad qb and wasn’t smart enough for a read heavy offense.

Don’t punish Moorhead for unrealistic expectations before the season (which I had too).

This offense was just as bad against decent defenses last year and people seem to forget that.

Pull up the scores from last year, we only scored less than 20 points in 2 games last year. We failed to score more than 10 in 4 this year

We played more good defenses this year than last year.

Has all the state fans forgot what Fitz looked like agains Auburn and Georgia last year?

Only reason we did anything against Bama was they were on third stringer linebacker.
