Imagine thinking joe burrow , of all people, was more worried about what clothing he would wear then football or preparation for football.

The dude lives and breathes football, he’s an extremely hard worker. I don’t know if he makes another super bowl or not, but how the frick can anyone say that he will regress? He’s played one full season and that was coming back from surgery.

Go look at what he did towards the latter half of the season. He’s still getting better and better. He leads in ypa and completion percentage for the season. If you look at his games from about week 12 and use those averages for a full season, then your talking about something historical. Dudes been playing out of his mind while getting sacked constantly.

According to a lot of analysts I’ve heard, the way he plays while under constant pressure has Never even been seen before. Look at mahomes in last year’s super bowl. He had about the same line as burrow and played like shite. I’ve seen qbs lose their shite over getting sacked more than a few times. I’ve seen them get sacked and freak out the rest of the game.

Burrow literally looks the exact same in the pocket after being sacked 7 or more times as he does in the first play of the game.
It has zero effect and that’s never been seen

Maybe that's a problem and he should adjust to the fact he's not going to have much time. Maybe then he wouldn't have tried to stay in the pocket on 4th and 1 and let Aaron Donald wrap him up to win the game.

A cool head is great and all but at some point you have to understand what's happening and adjust.

Yeah, analysts on the Tiger Rant.

Take away the bomb TD on the uncalled face mask and Joey B didn't do anything noteworthy in the 2nd half.

Take away the first 2 minutes and last 2 minutes, and neither team did anything noteworthy in the 2nd half on offense. It was honestly a pretty uneventful game overall

I agree. All these people trying to put Stafford in the HOF after that game need to pump the brakes too. He didn't play great.

Sounds awfully similar to Burrow’s stats the last 4 games of the 2018 season and boy did something historic happen the next season ;) Watch out for Mr. Burrow next year if they can beef up his line.

If Joe doesn't make another Super Bowl, it won't be because of Joe's talent.
I think his biggest obstacle may be his blind spot of loyalty to Ohio. If he re-ups with the Bengals after his rookie contract, the odds against him go way up. The Bengals are just not going to support him the way other teams will. Could he catch lightning in a bottle in Cincy? Sure. But it just makes the task at hand (getting a Lombardi trophy) that much more difficult.

That’s not the game I was referring to really. It was the Titans game .to win that game was a pretty big accomplishment considering the pressure.

It was the following morning that it was discussed by Rex Ryan

This is a bullshite shallow thread. I give LSU fans a hard time once in a while, but you're a world class public idiot. Joe Burrow didn’t lose this game, he played a pretty good game. Stafford’s hot hand, a weak arse Bengal defense throughout the game combined with a whole series of bullshite calls by the refs at the end of the game, cost Cincinnati. Hope the guys with the nets from your village catch you soon. Lol

As an Auburn alum I'd probably choose Joe Burrow to root for and hang out with. Cam is a weirdo. Joe Burrow is the guy I rode bikes with and built forts when I was 8, and could have a beer with today.

Joe's not an arrogant cock, so I don't see the similarities.

Although Cam also had terrible WRs. If Cam had Jamarr Chase to work with then he wins his Super Bowl easy. Not to mention that Higgins and Boyd are both better than anything Cam had.

Like Cam, Burrow will never recover from his Super Bowl loss. He'll start to regress, and never see another Super Bowl again
