I'm sure Burrow will pull it together. Dudes got a lot of grit. Coming off of an injury like that is a curve.

Can you say BUST?
Burrow was a system QB who only did well because of Joe Brady. Meanwhile when Bryce Young goes pro, BAMA will have an entire division’s worth of starting NFL QBs while LSU will just have Burrow riding the bench at best.

There are plenty of places for Bama to brag no doubt. Pumping successful QB's into the NFL to "have an entire division's worth of starting QBs" isn't one of them and is quite the stretch. There have been plenty more Bammer QB busts.

Burrow is a leader and he has overcome far greater obstacles than this.

He will not just be fine.
He will be a top 3 QB in the league and an All Pro in 3 years.

Blame Cincinnati. They waste every drop of talent they ever get.

This Burrow vs Tua in the NFL nonsense has got to stop. Who gives a flying flip? They've moved on from college, their college careers are in the history books and will never change. Their NFL careers will never have any bearing on their college careers. EVER.

Bama fans, I'm sorry Tua's college career didn't go the way you all thought it would. He could go 10,000 for 10,000 in the NFL with 10,000 TDs, and it would never change what he did with his time at Bama. Burrow could go 0 for 10,000 with 10,000 INTs from here on out, and it would never validate your feelings that Tua was a better college QB than Burrow.

They've moved on. It's time you all did too.

*also applies to retarded Henry vs. Fournette arguments.

Enh... coming off a knee injury and with a makeshift offensive line I'd be amazed if he looked like Pro-Bowl material back there.

At one point, pressure pushed into his face and Burrow lifted his leg into the air almost to avoid any accident with the close pocket. It makes you wonder if the knee is still in his head, but that’s strictly guesswork.

This is they type of professional insight that separates the real pros from us internet dummy’s. I woulda never guessed a guy coming off major knee injury wouldn’t want it rolled up on in fall camp.

Anyone who’s ever been injured playing a sport knows that getting past the mental aspect once you return to live play.

Burrow has always been better after he gets hit. He just needs to get hit and build some confidence in that leg again.

Tua closed his season poorly but he did close out the season and had a full offseason of prep.

Burrow had the worst rookie season though. He didn’t finish it. Lost time that would normally be the year 1 => 2 growth period to rehab.

Tua is having a good camp and Burrow looks choppy accordingly. I hope Burrow has good health and can string together a passable year 2 with an offseason of improvement before 2022.
