I like Joe Brady but always felt he got far too much credit for 2019.
Of course, people always make the counterpoint about the LSU jump from 2018 to 2019 with basically the same players but dismiss all the other factors that went into that besides Joe Brady.
The Brady obsession has always been odd to me.

I think 2019 LSU fell into Joe Brady’s lap. Insert anyone who ran a pro style offense and they would’ve had major success.
They had the #1 overall QB, three stud WR’s (two first rounders, and a second rounder), a stud tight end, and a first rounder at RB.

Yeah, that Joe Burrow arrived maybe 3 months before the season started and hardly knew anyone’s name.
If he had a full year of preparation, it wouldn’t have been that same outcome that first year.

He came within a boneheaded play by Tank Bigsby and a thoroughly depleted LSU football team from losing four games this past year.

Joe Burrow was the best college football QB of all time. IMO
I'm sure he would do just fine with Bryce Young or any of the highly rated QBs Alabama has signed.
But we don't even know if him coming to Alabama is an actual possibility, so...
