It’s sad that he’s taking A&M for a ride the way he is. 8-4 for as much money as they’re paying him? And they’re eating it up? I truly feel sorry for their fan base. Maybe they’ll wake up after this season

Taggart has completely rebuilt programs everywhere he has been. The jobs he did at WKU and USF can't be overstated.
It's possible it doesn't work out. RichRod couldn't make it work at Michigan but was wildly successful everywhere else. He turned WVU into a national power and took Arizona of all schools to a BCS bowl.

They were still a mess at the end of the season though and never got better. One of our players had to point out to their sideline that they only had 9 or 10 players on the field.
I do think they'll be much better this year, maybe even 8-4.

It's called Taggart getting into the ear of Tampa Bay Times to take some heat off of his job.
Jimbo deserves some blame, but I really think Taggart was a disaster hire that showed itself immediately.
Jimbo can recruit, but at FSU he recruited talent first and culture fit second.
Once players stopped buying in and playing for themselves, things spiraled the last year of Jimbo's reign. They were at worst the third most talented team in the ACC last year and they managed to go 5-7?

It's BS though, FSU fans have turned on Jimbo worse than we did with Urban.
