Good hire by A&M. Best coach they could get outside of someone like Saban or Meyer, which would never happen. Your AD did great work with this and I actually think Fisher will have success at A&M. I feel like Starkel is a perfect QB for his system and with the talent on offense, Jimbo can win games immediately.

Probably a slight upgrade I guess....looks a little younger (not incredibly so though) I reckon. I bet he is going to have a good time with those coeds in cowboy boots at the Dixie Chicken.....especially considering all his competition is gay.

If Jimbo fails I suppose Chad Morris will always be waiting in the wings, but it would be scathing to A&M's reputation as a sleeping giant if Jimbo fails

The good news is Texas A&M is going to be on the hook for enough money for him to keep that slam piece no matter if he wins or loses. It was a win win situation for Jimbo. He was probably going to get fired by FSU after next season anyway if he lasted that long.
