JFF Prediction Thread - Eligible or Ineligible

Will JFF be ruled ineligible by the NCAA or aTm compliance at some point before or during the 2013 football season?
My prediction, he is going to be ruled ineligible within the next three weeks.
My hope is that he is not ruled ineligible simply because he is so fun to watch play the sport (and I want to see what Saban has in store for him this year).

Even if they have pics they probably don't have a money trail and A&M can pretty much spend all season appealing everything to keep Johnny on the field.

He will miss some games.
They will spin it that the friend did this without Manziel's knowledge.
