the one game Auburn scouts came to, he had like 6 TDs. That's why Auburn took him. And he's still a hell of an athlete. Schools have taken bigger flyers on a player they think might contribute. And they probably thought he'd switch to WR instead of insisting on being a QB.

No. He wasn't going to see the field at Auburn at any position. We have too many WRs and he wasn't going to crack the rotation. This isn't about playing QB - it is about playing at all and I can't blame him.

has he been practicing at WR? And if so, how long? Just seems really dumb of him to want to transfer two weeks before the season. he's not going to crack the starting lineup anywhere this close to the season, at any position.

Apparently the coaches proposed him to move to defense and he didn't like that.

Will Auburn admit that they gave this guy a scholarship based strictly on the TV show? No way they actually went to Scooba and recruited JF3

Yes he has been practicing at WR. Thin he switched around the end of spring practice when it was clear he wasn't going to be in the running for QB.
If he goes to FAU he'll get to play especially since they just had a WR suspended.

The coaches also asked him to work at punt returner and he refused saying "no that would be suicide".

The show was after the fact. As someone stated earlier Lashlee and some coaches went to one of his games where he played lights out.

In all seriousness I hope Georgia Southern goes after him. We need a QB desperately to run the triple option which will be back under center this year. He cant throw worth a lick but who needs that in that kind of offense?
