The prosecutors wouldn't have wasted nearly a year on a case of a girl regretting sex. Those are easy to throw out in most cases.

I don't know if he went to ICU, but he did knock a kid out with a hit from behind during a fight at/outside a bar. According to the kid's lawsuit, it was a pretty bad beating.
According to the police who witnessed the punch and arrested Smith, it was one hit to the back of the head.

Are you sure, they have not been trying to run out the clock a bit. I heard they have video so something must not fit.. I don't think she was forced to do a damn thing. Sr/Fr sex will have arrest alot dudes over that. JMO

Once charges are filed, they can't 'run the clock' out on the statute of limitations. There's no defending taking this guy in a class. The girl was FOURTEEN. He was 18.. an adult. Doesn't matter if she was FR and he was a Sr. NO excuse for it.

Seems Bama fans hesr there is a video. Are you serious? You don't think that would have made it to the LA public by now? Hill is asked about on our scout site nearly every week. Ive read some Bama fan comments on their sites, and I am appalled that I was not made aware his case was nothing, dismissed, and that there is a video!

This would only be an issue if parents pursued charges. What the big issue is was it forced or not? That is a big problem if it is proven to be forced.

Forced sex also happens a lot. It's disgusting how many people are willing to automatically assume the girl is lying because this dipshit might put on some pads for them.

bama's rb depth has been taking a pounding lately. can't really blame saban for taking him. just tell the freshman girls at central tuscaloosa to stay as far away as possible from the bama football facility.
