I know consequences for actions is a foreign concept to most Ole Miss fans, but glad to see Dan man up and introduce discipline into this kid's life.

No one from OM needs to be throwing darts at any other school. They have already self imposed sanctions which equals admission of guilt.

Are you comparing free breakfast at the coaches house to beating a woman?

Hell....are you seriously trying to compare any of the shite that we're accused of doing to beating a defenseless woman?

That's pathetic Dan.

And the defense of this by Moo St fans is even worse.

College football is so fricking sleazy. Just a bunch of win at any cost slimeballs ruling it out with each other.

He got kicked out of school, transferred across the country, and still had to sit out a year.

Please...keep comparing MSU's handling of Simmons to players that actually got punished.

correct...and he was actually punished for it.

You can keep typing "Stringfellow" until your fingers bleed. Stringfellow was actually punished for his actions.

but go ahead and post "but Stringfellow tho!!!!!!" again. If it makes you feel better about yourself...then by all means.

....but it isn't helping MSU's image right now.

Honestly, a 1 game suspension is worse than no punishment at all. MSU has turned this into a PR disaster with their response. You can't say the dude was "trying to break up a domestic fight" when the video is out there for everyone to see.

Would you mind telling me which of the violations we're accused of that your comparing to beating a defenseless woman on the ground?

You're digging yourself one hell of a whole here.

"Simmons beat a defenseless woman"

"Yeah but Freeze gave a player a free breakfast"

Does the phrase "logical fricking thought" mean anything to you?

Or, "Freeze was part of a system of not only academic fraud, but also allowed a drug culture to run rampant in his program -- a culture so bad that a senior linebacker was hospitalized for overdoses".

Will see if the counseling helps this kid, otherwise he may end up like Greg Hardy.

Absolutely not. Don't go the high and mighty though simply because he was punished. I am not at all thrilled with any of this. Apparently, you missed this from me:

quote:

I remember the name but it was his second offense, not his first. That does not mean I am OK with all of this. He should get a gray shirt, pay his own way for semester (y'all know how this works) and if you stay out of trouble, practice in the Spring.

None of that compares to beating a woman. You're truly sick-minded if you actually believe that. Step away from your fandom and pretend another school did that. Would you be saying the same shite if Simmons went to Ole Miss?

quote:

Greg Hardy.

He's a complete piece of shite and I couldn't point you to any Ole Miss fan that still claims him....I know that doesn't fit your narrative though...

But good job trying your hardest to make Ole Miss look bad when MSU is the one getting destroyed over this.
