The transfer rules have made college football bananas the past few years.

He’s going to have to run a lot

I agree. Hate the fricking portal. It will ruin college football one day.
But today we're happy

Pretty sure we conversate on volnation? Same name and such. Anyways I haven’t seen Newman play much but this will be interesting. He’s going to have a increase in competition in the SEC of course

The coaches have to want that to happen first.

The other options are a true Freshman, a guy coming off brain surgery, and a former walkon who is 5-10’175lbs.

Kelly Bryant did okay at Clemson with good talent around. Besides. I don’t think we have anyone better at this point

Getting him in there for spring ball is big.

I haven’t seen much of him either besides the highlights. Only issue with watching those is a highlight tape can make anyone look good. He looks to have a nice deep ball which Fromm didn’t have. Had a friend show my volnation during the Darick UGA/UT saga. Lurked for a while and have an account. Freak does a good job keeping the trolling away over there.

We still have a lot of talent left on our line. If we can get Ben Cleveland back we should be fine. Losing Cade hurts - no way to spin it. He was the most versatile lineman we had but i'm happy he gets to go home and play for his dads school. I always loved his demeanor. That said, we are in good shape on the line in comparison to a lot of teams that lose 4 starters.

That’s interesting since someone on there posts daily with your exact username! Pretty wild. I mean at worst Newman will be able to stretch out the defenses and make it where you have to respect his legs. For all I know he may turn into Lamar Jackson guess time will tell

We don't need a beast to come in and be successful at UGA. We need a guy that can throw and run and be solid and not make terrible throws to the other team consistently. Looking at Newmans numbers at Wake of all places - you have to like his chances to succeed at UGA.

Uga won’t be running him

lol it’s my account, not that wild. Like to talk football with opposing fans without the trolling.
