I have always been taught that you turn hazards on if something is causing you to go under the posted speed limit until you are sure that the traffic behind you is aware by their actions....bringing attention to a hazard in otherwords heavy rain (hydroplaining), obsturction, stopped traffic or inabi...

this is an odd season...i believe that obviously everyone plays their best when they play the defending NC and LSU is not matching the energy....watch the other team when they beat LSU...very animated and making a big show of it.
